For Parents

Looking for a Nanny? Simply submit a Family Engagement form through our website under our ‘Hire a Nanny’ page.  Your request will go directly to our team and we will reach out to you within 24 hours.

Looking for a Babysitter? Please fill out the form on our website, we will send you an invoice as indicated on ‘Hire a Babysitter’ page. Once that invoice is paid, an email will be sent to all registered nannies, whoever is available will accept the job and contact you within 24 hours. 

All our nannies go through a screening process that includes reference checks, experience verification, ensuring they have valid Working with Children’s checks and First Aid & CPR certificates. All nannies are aged 18 or over and have a minimum of 2 years experience in the industry.

A nanny provides consistent, long- term care, typically on a full-time or part-time schedule.

A babysitter offers casual or short-term care, often for evenings or weekends.

Yes! We understand that emergencies happen. However, for babysitting requests we recommend submitting your request as early as possible to increase the chance of finding a match.

There’s no fee to submit a request. Our fees are discussed during the planning process, based on your childcare needs.

For Nannies

Visit the Nanny Registration page, complete the form and submit your profile. We will reach out to you for any further information we may need. Once approved, you will be added to our babysitter notification list. We will also email you when a full-time or part-time nanny position becomes available.

Yes, all registered nannies will receive babysitter requests via email. You can decide whether your available to accept the job.

Yes. We require nannies to have a valid Working with Children’s check, first aid & CPR certification, at least one reference and a minimum of Certificate III in Childcare.
